Lea joined Synoptix in May 2015 as a part time Commercial Administrator. Since then, her career has grown with Synoptix and she was promoted to Financial Controller. After gaining her Chartership in Global Management accounting in May 2023, Lea became our Finance Director.
With nine years’ experience in financial management within the engineering sector, Lea leads our finance department to ensure the fiscal integrity of our operations, enabling us to deliver cost effective solutions to our clients.
