Keith's experience is drawn from working in the defence industry throughout his career, with roles in Westland Helicopters, Rolls-Royce, MBDA and Synoptix, plus 18 years contracting with a number of other key defence companies.
His experience covers the lifecycle from marketing and bid work, to early phase design concepting, detailed component design, product build test and compliance, through to in-service support. In his own words, Keith brings a fresh approach to business development, built from a strong engineering background and (too many!) years of experience.
He takes a customer-centric approach to business development, listening carefully to clients, building strong relationships and delivering what they need. What's fresh about this approach is Keith's focus on a business development structure, which enables staff empowerment, development and enjoyment, with enjoyment cited as the key ingredient. If we can't deliver success with a smile, then it's not worth doing.
