Synoptix operates an ethical and sustainable business model, using systems engineering principles wherever possible to make customer processes more efficient and less energy intensive. We support the development of the next generation of cleaner technologies across defence, aerospace, vehicle and energy markets. We aim to keep this as a core principle in our ongoing development activities.

CSR is integral to our business and we have a number of policy documents supporting this:

For a number of years Synoptix has had an active CSR group with members drawn from across the organisation.

Typically we will focus on a particular area each month. A number of communications will be sent to all staff and a number of events will take place, all to raise awareness. The events give all our staff a chance to participate and have raised money for a number of relevant charities.
