Synoptix was engaged to address the challenge of comprehending the existing end-to-end cryptographic architecture within the RAF. Leveraging our skilled personnel, we assessed the current architecture and provided recommendations for the target architecture.

Our approach

The project was executed in several phases, starting with the discovery phase, followed by the assessment of the current, as-is architecture and progressing to the target phase. Subsequently, a gap analysis was conducted to identify areas of improvement. Synoptix took the lead in the crypto work package, concentrating on the modernisation of cryptographic components within the RAF.
