Technical Exploration and Delivery 

We move onto the technical phases of the project, where we begin to support you with delivering the technical output that you need. We’re able to support with anything from:

We can help you with challenges with acquiring and storing high volumes of high quality data, alongside the necessary processing activities to optimise the quality of the training dataset. We can also help you produce synthetic datasets from custom synthetic environments – tailored to your operational context. 

• Custom Neural Network Development. We can utilise our expertise and compute resources to help you develop your own neural network, tailored to your application and dataset. This doesn’t just mean we take an off the shelf model and tweak it a little – we are able to work from the ground up to produce solutions that really deliver the performance you expect.  

• Research and Development. We can utilise our internal researchers, as well as our extensive connections with academia and other industry partners to  

• Model Evaluation, Testing, Verification and Validation. We’re able to help you evaluate models that you’re building, and help you build evidence that they’ll provide the real world outcomes that you expect.  

• AI and Technical Assurance. We’re able to provide support as an AI Technical Authority, helping provide confidence in AI solutions you may be developing yourself or procuring from another supplier. In addition, we’re able to offer AI Assurance offerings, helping gain confidence in the trustworthiness of the systems that you’re building or procuring.  

• Technical Outputs and Documentation. We’re able to act as AI Subject Matter Experts for the purposes of developing documentation, such as project plans, test planning, certification and compliance documentation, and policy and governance. 

  
  

Post delivery support 

We’re happy to help follow up in whatever way you need. This may be a formal technical support contract, or simply a check-in to make sure that you’re satisfied the performance of your deliverables. Your Account Manager will remain your key point of contact to ensure that your support needs are met.
